- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Level IV NICU experience required (vents, bubble CPAP, various CVCs and art lines, pre- and post-surgical care, drips, stoma/trach care) 2. Cases: Level IV NICU cases including ventilators, bubble CPAP, CVCs, arterial lines, pre- and post-surgical general and cardiac care, drips, stoma/trach care 3. Certifications: NRP, BLS, PALS, RN required; BSN or MSN required 4. License: CA RN required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: BSN or MSN required 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: 3X12 nights; float to PICU/Peds depending on census 8. RTO: Keep under 7 days per assignment if possible 9. Returning Staff: All former UCLA contractors/travelers/perm employees must be cleared by Talent Management before submitting; RNs require 12 month separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
