- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; Strong ICU experience required (hard stop) 2. Cases: PACU experience preferred but ICU experience prioritized over PACU if choosing between the two 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS required; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; CPI Certificate required; NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Active MD or Compact RN License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating 3x12 hour shifts (7:00-19:00 and 19:30-07:30); On-call required 7a-7:30p and 7p-7:30a; 1-2 twelve hour call shifts per 6 week schedule 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to back end; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away 6 months from system after assignment completion 10. Travel/Local: Locals under 50 miles not accepted unless job specifically states locals accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable, factored in NBO 13.
