- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Adult Burn, Plastic, Pediatric Trauma and Burn 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred, PALS (asterisk noted); 2 references required at submittal 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required (hardstop) 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call; guaranteed hours with facility can call off 1 shift per 2-week contract 8. RTO: Minimal; cannot accommodate RTO during first 2 weeks; one pre-approved time off allowed 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate; submit 3 jobs max 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: Non-billable, completed pre-start; RN 5-6 hours, Allied 2-3 hours; additional 6 hours for WA suicide prevention if required 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required; first-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Blue, provided by facility 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Tank rooms, bath room for wound care, EtCO2 monitoring, Nitrous available Critical: Patient ratios 3-4:1 days, 4-5:1 nights. Float required to other acute care floors. Pediatric experience preferred but not required. Compliance deadline 3 business days prior to start. 40-hour orientation.
