- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; level 1 trauma preferred 2. Cases: Primarily Trauma Rehabilitation patients comprised of 1/3 Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury, 1/3 Traumatic Brain Injury, and 1/3 Stroke patients; also burn patients and two or more amputations 3. Certifications: BLS required; CRRN (if applicable) 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required (HARDSTOP) 7. Shifts/Call: Weekend coverage required, every other weekend; no on-call; must work all scheduled shifts 8. RTO: Minimal; cannot accommodate RTO during first 2 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff requires 18 months separation 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same bill rate; float within hospital to similar units including Inpatient MS 11. Background: Must disclose any hits when submitted 12. Modules: RN 5-6 hours non-billable, completed pre-start; additional 6 hours if WA suicide prevention training required 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs; light blue provided on unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Ventilator dependent patients; various equipment for trauma rehabilitation Critical: 2 references required at submittal (prefer both supervisory, 1 may be accepted case by case).
