- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Facility births/month 100-200 experience required; Antepartum experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP, AWHONN (Advanced or Intermediate) required; AHA preferred; C-EFM or AWHONN intermediate/advanced preferred 4. License: MI License must be active by start date; compact license not accepted in MI 5. Education: High school level education proof required for all allied candidates 6. EMR: EPIC charting experience required; training completed in orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 3 weekends per 4-week schedule required; will float between L&D, Mother Baby, and OB Special Care 8. RTO: 5 day maximum RTO policy per contract; must be submitted at time of submission/profile; will NOT be approved after contract is signed 9. Returning Staff: Core staff must wait 1 year (12 months) before returning and must be run through HR prior to submission 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; no local radius rule; travel experience required 11. Background: Not specified 12.
