- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Must have Antepartum experience; Must have Facility births/month 100-200 experience 3. Certifications: BLS, AWHONN (Advanced or Intermediate), NRP, CEFM cert electronic fetal monitoring thru NCC or C-EFM OR AWHONN (intermediate and/or advanced); AHA preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: MI License must be active by start date; Compact license not accepted in MI; State license required by start date 5. Education: All allied candidates must provide proof of HS level education (strict requirement) 6. EMR: EPIC charting experience required; EPIC Experience preferred, training completed in orientation 7. Shifts/Call: Variable shifts assigned based on staffing needs; 3 weekends per 4-week schedule required; On-call not required 8. RTO: Client has 5 day maximum RTO policy per contract; RTO needs to be submitted at time of profile and will NOT be approved after contract is signed 9. Returning Staff: If core staff member leaves, they need to wait 1 year (12 months) prior to returning and should be run through HR prior to submission 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no local radius rule; Must have travel experience 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Non-billable; 5 hours should be margined outside of 12hrs NBO; completed pre-start; self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Must have travel experience 14. Scrubs: Hunter Green 15.
