Requirements
- Required certification: Interventional Radiology
- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; typically 1 year in specialty 2. Cases: Radiology procedures including Interventional radiology, CT, MRI, US and Pre/Post (Phase 2 Recovery); biopsies, tubes, lines, drains, lytics, thrombectomies, neuro, body, vascular, liver embolizations 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; copies required at submission including Nursys or Allied License verifications 4. License: License in hand preferred; otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project when offer accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic/Excellian experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 10 hour shifts 0800-1830; occasional on-call if able; occasional weekends (call only if able) 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius; locals accepted for Radiology positions 11. Background: Cannot proceed if open case; all hits reviewed during compliance; fingerprinting required 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required, average 8 hours, $150 stipend provided; onsite Epic/Excellian classes billable 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Scrubs are provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Air pal for safe patient movement in IR rooms; ceiling lift in CT rooms; NK monitors with EtCO2 monitoring Critical: Patient ratios 1:5 overall, 1:1 in procedure, 2-3:1 pre/post. One supervisor reference minimum required at submission. Client may cancel up to 3 shifts without penalty. Compliance deadline Monday prior to start.
