Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Interventional procedures, stroke center procedures; preferred experience with drains and biopsies 3. Certifications: ARRT R, BLS required 4. License: NY license required in hand to submit 5. Education: Not specified (alert account manager if traveler has foreign education needing verification) 6. EMR: EPIC experience is a hard requirement 7. Shifts/Call: Wednesday-Friday 3PM-3AM; must take call two weekends per month; expected to work if holiday falls on scheduled workday 8. RTO: Cannot submit anyone with more than 10 days RTO; will not allow more than 1 week RTO in contract 9. Returning Staff: 1 year return staff policy 10. Travel/Local: Candidates within 75 miles not accepted 11. Background: Reviewed on case-by-case basis 12. Modules: Billable up to 5 hours, total may reach 10 hours; excess over 5 hours non-billable; completed pre-start 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided or can wear what they want 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Philips equipment, Medrad injector Critical: Candidates will float. Community hospital experience required. 24 orientation hours. Multiple submittals allowed.
