- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required + 1 year of travel experience 2. Cases: Current Critical Care, Telemetry experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles; no block scheduling 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; NO HOLIDAY RTO at all 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee; 1 submittal allowed per traveler to ALL Integris campuses 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals NOT eligible; address must be greater than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; Clinical modules non-billable, Non-Clinical modules billable; completed during orientation 13.
