- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Code strokes, CTA, abdomen, pelvis, chest, heart, CT biopsy, spine, chest tube placement, extremities, facial bones 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT Advanced Cert, ARRT CT required; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid CA License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Allscripts preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3pm-11:30pm, every other weekend required, call when needed 11pm-7:30am, may need to cover morning shifts 8. RTO: Must be on submittal; no RTO first two weeks; once submitted cannot be changed except to cancel 9. Returning Staff: Case by case basis, must be reviewed by facility 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 8 hours clinical, 2 hours non-clinical, billable, required pre-start, recorded via transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed 16.
