- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; labor and delivery experience and post-partum experience required 2. Cases: LDRP position with 200-300 facility births per month 3. Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS, NRP required; AWHONN Advanced preferred; copies required 4. License: Valid CA License required in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12 available upon request; patient ratios 1:3 all shifts 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; only 2 pre-approved time off requests 9. Returning Staff: 3 months required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule applies; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
