- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: CT scans including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, vascular studies, trauma imaging, pediatric and adult cases 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), Venipuncture License required 4. License: CA License IN HAND required; Nursys within 2 weeks; NO Nursys hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8H Nights 22:30-07:00; weekend coverage as needed; candidates will float within hospital based on census 8. RTO: Must be presented at submission; must be 5 days or less; no RTO added after submission sent 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff not allowed 10. Travel/Local: Travel experience required; locals accepted at lower rate within 50 miles; minimum $25/hour taxable wage required by City of Long Beach 11. Background: NO Nursys hits allowed 12. Modules: Non-billable; Allied hours 4 hours; completed pre-start and during orientation; recorded via certificates/transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Any 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Canon CT scanners (64 and 320 slice) Critical: Fast-paced, high-volume CT department. One reference required within 2 years. 8 hours orientation.
