- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Not specified 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT cert required; copy of certifications required with submissions 4. License: VA license required but can submit with it pending; must have license in-hand Wednesday before start date 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: Epic experience required unless otherwise noted in unit description 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s Mon-Fri; call one week every ~11 weeks; weekends required only if called in during call week 8. RTO: Up to 40 hours guaranteed per 13-week contract; no additional RTO approved after acceptance 9. Returning Staff: Must inform Client Delivery Manager if previously employed at University of Virginia Health system; requires one-year separation and UVA leadership approval; external travelers cannot work more than 365 days regardless of separation 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule for select units; locals not accepted for specific units including CT Tech, Diagnostic Rad Tech, MRI Radiology, and others listed 11. Background: Must inform Client Delivery Manager of any background hits 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed during orientation, vary by specialty, recorded in Workday 13.
