Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year experience preferable/6 months level 1 trauma required 2. Cases: Varies per shift & location; routine studies, outpatients, cardiac, and Interventional Radiology procedures 3. Certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT) and SCRQSA (R) (CT) required 4. License: SC License required; must have in hand at time of start (pending not accepted for start) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10hr 8:30P-7A Monday-Thursday; on-call not required; floating required to all buildings when needed 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; RTO after submission not accepted; 7+ days or holidays require facility approval 9. Returning Staff: Previous permanent staff (including PRN) must be separated from MUSC system for 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 60-mile radius rule; locals considered at 10% less than posted bill rate on case-by-case basis; non-locals prioritized 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Average 4 hours, non-billable, included in NBO hours, completed pre-start 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted if they have previous experience 14. Scrubs: Teal top and black bottom 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
