Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum, recent; Home Health experience required 2. Cases: Geriatric cases; 2 SOCs per day with additional 2 visits on average 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: License in-hand required with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience required; OASIS experience required for staff completing SOC 7. Shifts/Call: Fri/Sat/Sun or Sat/Sun/Mon approximately 12-hour shifts; on-call rotation may be required 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of application; no holidays 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent employees must be separated minimum 6 months before eligible to return as traveler; must be approved by HR 10. Travel/Local: Up to 60-mile radius from hub/office; locals accepted at travel rate 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Modules are billable and completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: No first-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Any color scrubs required; no jeans allowed 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Not specified 16.
