Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, Pediatric Outpatient, Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Enterography study, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Chest without and/or with contrast, Vascular chest, Carotid, Head without and/or with contrast, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Trauma head 3. Certifications: NH State License, ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS required; only AHA and red cross certs accepted 4. License: NH state license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC required 7. Shifts/Call: Every weekend required rotating between two facilities; no call requirement 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; include upon submission 9. Returning Staff: Former staff not accepted for any travel roles regardless of time separated 10. Travel/Local: Travelers within 50 miles accepted at local rate with $15 rate decrease 11. Background: License hits or background hits need facility approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Unit does not accept first time travelers 14. Scrubs: Any 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: PACS, Siemens, 3D rendering equipment, contrast administration equipment Critical: Drug screen required within 14 days of start. References required.
