Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 18 months experience required per compliance notes 2. Cases: Trauma/burn ICU with medical and cardiac overflow patients 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIHSS, TNCC, TNS preferred; must be AHA or Red Cross only, RQI cards not accepted 4. License: Must have active IL license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights (1845-715), on-call required, every other weekend, floating 100% required to all ICUs, IMC, and general floors 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 days non-holiday RTO or less; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Former Memorial employees must be away 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius requirement (exception: OR RNs must be 50+ miles from facility) 11. Background: Must disclose background policy prior to submission for approval 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours, completed pre-start; sent Friday before start, must be completed by 4pm CST on first day 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: Drager bedside monitors Critical: Patient ratio 2:1 all shifts; SSN and DOB required at submittal; lab appointment, Docusigns and badge photo within 1 week of signing contract.
