- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years overall nursing experience; must have MS oncology and at least 1 year inpatient hematology oncology experience within the 3 most recent years; at least 1 year current specialty experience for clinical pass 2. Cases: Acute leukemia patients, newly diagnosed acute leukemia population; must have experience with Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ONS Chemo Cert required; NIHSS preferred 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 12HR D/N ROTATING or 12HR NIGHTS; float to other MedSurg Oncology units 8. RTO: One pre-approved time off; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible after 6 months away; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; first time travelers not accepted 11. Background: Ohio fingerprinting required urgently after contract signing 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: B450 monitors GE telemetry system, Bladder Scanner, Alaris pumps, Stryker beds Critical: Strict compliance deadline Tuesday prior to start. 2 professional references required with at least 1 from formal leadership. 72 hours orientation.
