- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Critical Care (1:2 ratio) / Intermediate level (1:3 ratio); cardiac surgeries, open heart, lungs/thoracotomy, TR bands/stents 3. Certifications: BLS and ACLS through AHA required; NIHSS and TNCC preferred; must pass online EKG tele competency assessment before starting 4. License: Valid Ohio RN License required (any state RN license ok, can apply for temp license on offer); compact license accepted; facility does not accept any past license action 5. Education: Associate's degree in nursing or BSN required 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Must be available to work every other weekend/holiday; Premier Health reserves right to cancel 2 shifts due to low census per 13-week contract; block scheduling cannot be guaranteed 8. RTO: Request with initial submittal only; no RTO added after offer; manager's discretion; maximum 14 days allowed; no more than 14 days even if willing to extend contract 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius for nursing; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
