- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; must have home health and oasis experience; all units require specialty experience within the last year 2. Cases: Must see 6 points per day or 30 points per week with detailed point system for various visit types 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, BLS, and PALS courses must be through American Heart Association (AHA); allied positions require certifications and licenses at submittal 4. License: VA licenses required in hand at submittal or provide proof of compact license; valid drivers license and clean driving record required 5. Education: NIH and stroke education required for RNs at all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health 6. EMR: EPIC experience required for all acute care hospitals under Riverside Health; currently chart in EPIC 7. Shifts/Call: M-F and every 4th weekend rotation; patient ratios days 5; weekends every 3 weeks; 4 weekend shifts per contract 8. RTO: Keep to minimum, preferably no requests for calendar week off during assignment and no more than 7 days total; must be in initial submission; no additional RTO requests approved after offer given; one pre-approved time off 9. Returning Staff: Prior permanent employees must be gone for at least 6 months before being hired on to travel 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same base rate; mileage reimbursed at IRS rate 11.
