- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2+ years required for ALL specialties (3+ preferable); 2+ years travel experience and recent ER experience required (strict); first-timers not accepted unless over 3 years recent experience 2. Cases: Level I Trauma experience required 3. Certifications: Not specified beyond general certification renewal planning requirements 4. License: Active RN license in state or compact license required 5. Education: BSN required only for Le Bonheur Children's, Methodist Rheumatology and Centralized staffing positions; ADN allowed for other positions 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Night shifts (times may change during interview); on-call as needed; weekend coverage as needed; must be willing to work 48 hours 8. RTO: All RTO must be included at time of submission; facility will NOT honor RTO included after submittal; holiday requirements during end-of-year holidays 9. Returning Staff: Former permanent and internal associate travelers must be separated for one year before eligible to return; previous employees must verify eligibility for rehire with AM 10.
