Requirements
- Required certification: Home Health Care
- 1+ years of experience
- Unit Notes:This will be located in the Treasure Valley Region . We do have weekend on call rotated amongst staff and evening. Home health experience required We look to ensure candidates have a strong understanding and can determine Medicare s homebound criteria, able to determine the primary skill for the visit ( hands on vs direct vs observe/assess vs education vs M&E), and are strong in OASIS. Bill rate is all inclusive- no additional mileage offered Cancellation Policy:Hospital may cancel up to 4 times per 13 week contract. Each cancellation could be a full shift or any part of a shift. (Hospital may also pay full hours for a particular shift, in lieu of cancellation). Charting System:EPIC BSN Required:False License to Submit:No Trauma Level: Care Setting:Post Acute Division:Nursing Shift Notes:Mon-Fri 8:30-5, weekend call rotation Required Certifications:BLS (AHA or ARC)
