- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year experience required; must have recent patient care experience in last 3 months 2. Cases: Must have infusion experience, skilled home care experience, OASIS training and experience; will not accept private duty nursing experience only 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: FL license or compact license required at time of submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner charting experience preferred; BayCare Forms, BayCare Scheduling, Ace Timesheet documentation system 7. Shifts/Call: Mon-Fri 8a to 5p or 9a to 6p; Thurs-Mon or Fri to Tues shifts; alternating weekend shifts; 6-8 home visits per day 8. RTO: BayCare does not allow any RTO in their contracts 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait at least 1 year before returning; return travelers only allowed in ICU, MICU, CVICU, ED, PCU, and MS/Tele specialties; must have completed contract within last year since 7/1/2022 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius rule - traveler must live at least 100 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
