Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required; Cath Lab experience required 2. Cases: 18-20 cases per day; Coronary diagnostic and intervention, Structural Heart, Peripheral diagnostic and intervention, Cardioversion/TEE 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS required; All RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: Valid state license required at time of submission; Missouri requires MO license or compact license; Illinois requires license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required; GE MacLab hemodynamic system preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10 hour shifts (0630-1700, 0730-1800, 1000-2030); On call 2 nights per week and every other weekend 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days per 13-week contract; No RTO first week; Must be on submittal; Every other weekend required 9. Returning Staff: Permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler; Standard travelers can stay 18 months with 3-month break required 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; No local candidates accepted within 75 miles 11. Background: No medical marijuana cards accepted 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; Completed pre-start through WorkRamp; Must start within 1 week of contract signing and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: First time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Acist, Synchvision, Philips and Siemens X-ray equipment Critical: Pre/Post cath lab experience required. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. Skills required: Circulate, Conscious Sedation, Telemetry. Scrub preferred.
