Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years ER experience required; must have experience in large, urban, fast-paced ED with significant volume 2. Cases: Ventilated patients experience required; 210 visits per day; 71 beds 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and de-escalation cert (MAB, CPI, MOAB, etc) required 4. License: Valid AZ RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend coverage with 4 weekend shifts per contract; patient ratio 1:5 days, nights, and weekends; required to float to sister location TMC Rincon 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days, no holidays; holiday RTO or RTO longer than 7 days only considered for hard to fill positions with client approval 9. Returning Staff: Work history with any Tucson Medical Center locations requires HR rehire status approval 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile local radius; locals not accepted; no first-time travelers 11. Background: Only one DUI on record eligible if occurred one year or more ago; multiple DUIs or DUI within one year disqualifies 12.
