- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time traveler accepted 2. Cases: Emergency Department - Combined Adult/Pediatric with various conditions including abdominal pain, acute psychosis, asthma, CVA, drug overdose, seizures, etc. 3. Certifications: RN, BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS required; NRP and TNCC noted with asterisks; BLS/ACLS/PALS must be AHA ONLY; CPI must be Calm Every Storm online version; NRP or AAP accepted 4. License: Must have active MD or Compact License at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Alternating Evening/Nights 36H; every other weekend required; holidays required as scheduled; on-call not required 8. RTO: Max 7 days can be requested; one pre-approved time off; if more than 4 consecutive days, additional week added to back end on new contracts; one major holiday off allowed during winter season 9. Returning Staff: Former staff must be gone for 12 months before returning as traveler; return travelers must be away at least 6 months from system 10.
