Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: PA catheter interpretation and analysis required; Open heart recovery direct from OR strongly preferred; LVAD/RVAD/Impella, IABP required; CRRT with Prismaflex, and ECMO preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; copies required at submission 4. License: License in hand preferred; otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project when offer accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic/Excellian required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days, 1:2 ratio, work every other weekend, no on-call required 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; any vacation plans between sign and start date must be communicated at submission 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius; locals not accepted except for Radiology positions 11. Background: Cannot proceed if open case; all hits reviewed during compliance process 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required, average 8 hours, $150 stipend provided; onsite Epic/Excellian classes billable 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: PRISMA Flex, Temporary Pacemakers, Heart Mate 2 & 3, Centra Mag, Impella, Balloon Pump Critical: Will float through ICU community including CVICU, Med/Surg ICU, and Neuro ICU. First-timers not accepted. One supervisor reference minimum required at submission. Fingerprinting required with specific LiveScan requirements.
