- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years current experience required 2. Cases: Post-op CABG/valves, Carotid endarterectomy, Fem-Pop/PVD, Post cardiac arrest, Endocarditis, Sepsis, CHF, Pulmonary HTN, STEMI 3. Certifications: ACLS-AHA, BLS, NIHSS, CCRN required; must be in hand at submittal and cannot expire within 45 days of start date 4. License: TN/compact licensure required; must be in hand at submittal 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required 7. Shifts/Call: 2 weekends per month or every other weekend; float required within hospital and other Covenant system hospitals 8. RTO: Cannot occur within 14 days of start date; cannot exceed 7 days; no major holiday RTO requests including holiday weekends and surrounding days; no blocked scheduling requests 9. Returning Staff: Cannot return to same campus within 24 months; can return to other Covenant Health campus after 12 months 10. Travel/Local: Candidate permanent address must be greater than 75 miles from facility; locals accepted at $80 rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
