- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Prefer minimum of 1 year experience; cardiac experience required 2. Cases: Level II cath lab with interventional cardiology, without open-heart surgery; interventional radiology, primarily angiograms and stenting 3. Certifications: ACLS required; IABP competent; Impella competent 4. License: Not required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7.
