Cases: EP Lab experience, EP mapping, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, conduction studies, diagnostic cardiac cath lab, insertion/programming of AICDs, pacemaker insertion, left atrial appendage closure 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CCI RCES required 4. License: Valid RN state license required; active license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 7a-530p, rotating late shifts, no weekends, no call requirements, must be available to stay late if cases extend into evening 8. RTO: ALL requests must be included with submission; two pre-approved time off requests 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning; facility does not allow travelers to return after working 365 days despite separation period 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; candidates within 100 miles considered local; exception for 50-99.9 miles away (one 13-week assignment, no extension); exception for 50+ miles away (lower bill rate, one assignment, no extension) 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable, average 2-8.5 hours, completed during first week, recorded by facility report and paid bi-weekly 13.
