- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Skilled in cardiac cath lab procedures (LHC, RHC, PCI, PTCA, stent placement, atherectomy, temp pacer, Impella, IABP, TAVR, Watchman, Mitraclip); diagnostic/interventional cath lab settings using fluoro 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCIS required 4. License: Any active state license accepted (in hand or pending); Virginia will grant emergency authorization 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 7:30a-6p, plus call; 7 on-call shifts and 5 late shifts within every 6-week period; one full weekend of call (Fri-Sun) per cycle; one Saturday shift for electives per 6-week period; must return within 30 minutes when called 8. RTO: All requests must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning; facility does not allow travelers to return after 365 days of assignment (effective July 1, 2025) 10. Travel/Local: Locals within 100 miles not accepted; 50-99.9 miles away considered for one 13-week assignment with no extension; under 50 miles considered at lower bill rate for one 13-week assignment with no extension 11.
