Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; IR experience a plus 2. Cases: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations 3. Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIH required; copies required at submission 4. License: WV or compact license required; active compact or state license in hand at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech 7. Shifts/Call: 4/10 hour shifts 7:00am-5:30pm Monday-Friday; 1-2 call during week; 1-2 weekends per month; must accept 84 hours per two weeks (one week 3x12, next week 4x12) 8. RTO: Up to 7 days considered; must be presented upfront, no changes accepted; must work either major or minor of every holiday 9. Returning Staff: After working one year, must take minimum 6 month break before eligible to return 10. Travel/Local: Must reside 75 miles from facility; must have housing within 30 minutes for STEMI call 11. Background: Must submit any license hits or background check issues upfront 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Travel Experience: Previous travel experience preferred 14. Scrubs: Provided by Cath Lab along with lead apron 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Lead apron provided Critical: Float required within scope of practice. Two references required (1 charge or higher, 1 supervisor) completed within last year. Can only submit to one position at a time.
