Shifts/Call: Every third weekend required; block scheduling; patient ratios 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Cannot work past 1 year as traveler; 6 month break required to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 70-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
