- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years required; 2 years specialty experience required for most submittals 2. Cases: Complex inpatient Case Manager and Utilization Review for Cancer Specialty Hospital 3. Certifications: BLS required; BSN required; Chemo Cert required for all RN jobs except phone triage and case manager (but encouraged); must have certifications in hand, no pending 4. License: CA license required in hand upon submission, no pending license, does not accept EMSA 5. Education: BSN required for all RN positions 6. EMR: Epic experience required; Epic & InterQual documentation 7. Shifts/Call: Weekends required; weekend coverage required 8. RTO: No restrictive rules on RTO 9. Returning Staff: Former employees will not be submitted/considered for travel positions 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at local rate; considered local within 75 mile radius; accepts first time travelers; travel pairs allowed 11. Background: Not specified 12.
