Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – Cardiovascular Technologist

Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10×4, 40 hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • MD License
  • Minimum of 1 year previous experience
  • Requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of two years of occupationally specific education or an Associate’s degree in radiologic technology or a closely related field
  • RT(R) registration required
  • BLS
Other Details: 
  • Responsible for assisting physicians with the performance of cardiology related procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures including left heart cath/right heart cath/PCI/IABP insertion/Pericardiocentesis/Swan-Ganz insertion/stress testing/nuclear stress testing/implantable LOOP recorder
  • Will function in multiple areas with the cardiology area such as Cath Lab/Stress Lab/Nuclear Stress Lab
  • Will function in a variety of roles such as radiology technologist/documenter/Stress Lab assistant/Nuclear Stress Lab assistant
