Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – MS/Tele – 3rd East Tower CDU 48’s

Shift: Days / 6:45a-7:15p, 12×4, 48hrs per week, will accept 36’s, Fri-Mon

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • NC License
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience or 1 year with travel experience
  • Skills: IV Start, Telemetry
  • BLS
  • ACLS & NIH preferred

Other Details:

  • Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
  • Floating as needed to similar units
  • Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Yes
  • Locals accepted
  • Target Ratios: 1:6-7
  • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not Required
  • Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required – Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
**Overflow unit for winter census in ED Holding**

JOB DETAILS:
Target Ratios: 1:6-7
Shift: 12hr Days (06:45-19:15) Fri-Mon schedule
48 hours can be offered. No OT billed until after 48 hrs.
Float Requirement: Floating as needed to similar units.
**Overflow unit for winter census in ED Holding**

Patient Population: General Surgery and Medical Tele. Cardiac telemetry /medical telemetry. Various diagnosis requiring either medical intervention or surgical procedures. Including medical tele patients. Overflow for winter census. Daily Census= 18. PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR.

Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, with NIH preferred.
Skills Required: IV Start and Telemetry.
Minimum Experience Required: 2 yrs OR 1 year with travel experience


Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: Yes.
36hrs of Orientation.
Scrubs: Navy Blue.
