Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel – PT Outpatient

Shift: Days / 8a-5p (8×5) 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri

Length: 13 weeks

Requirements:

  • CA License
  • 1 year of PT experience required 
  • BLS
  • Preferred settings: adult day care, case management, home healthcare, LTC/nursing homes, rehab)
  • Electronic Documentation preferred

  • Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation

Contract Dates: ASAP
– Shift: 5x8hr Days (Mon-Fri; Weekends not required)

– Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
