The recognition is based on an independent review of nearly 230,000 reviews across more than 450 travel healthcare companies, making it one of the most comprehensive rankings in the industry.
BluePipes evaluates companies using ratings from Google, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, and Travel Nursing Central, then applies a transparent scoring methodology that tracks year-over-year performance while manually reviewing top-rated companies for quality. This year’s rankings are especially meaningful because overall review scores across the industry declined, making consistent excellence even harder to achieve.

Epic Travel Staffing earned an overall score of 92.46 after increasing its aggregate review score from 90.23 to 91.34 across 646 reviews, an accomplishment that stands out in a year when BluePipes reported declining review scores across the travel healthcare staffing industry.
