Certifications: BLS, WOCN (National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy Certification) required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Wednesday through Friday schedule, block schedules required, no on-call, no weekends required, 48 hours not approved 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal, post-submission RTO will NOT be approved 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence Staff must wait 6 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose previous Providence employment history 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Not specified 12.
