Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; mental health settings experience required (inpatient preferred) 2. Cases: Mental health diagnoses; patient age groups include adolescents, adults, geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS, CPI, MSW required; all certs must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal; copies required 4. License: Valid State License required at time of submission; MSW Degree required 5. Education: Master's degree in social work or related field (psychology, counseling, MFT) required 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; specific charting experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Variable weekend coverage; on call not required; must be flexible to float within facility to Social Work, Utilization Review, and Intake departments 8. RTO: Only one holiday will be approved 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile travel requirement; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission 12. Modules: 1-5 hours average, completed during orientation via e-learning; non-billable within 16 NBO hours 13.
