Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Daily caseload 45 over 24 hour period; 5-15 patients overnight; abdomen, upper and lower venous, Carotids, ABIs, early OB, pelvics, and testicular exams 3. Certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, ARRT S, BLS, RVS, RVT required; must have both ARDMS AND RVT; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location only 4. License: MO or compact license (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: M-F 11am-7:30pm, 5x8s; no call required; no weekend coverage required; 40 guaranteed hours per week 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission; one segment pre-approved time off per contract 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius; no local travelers allowed except PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12.
