- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Neonates preferred 3. Certifications: ARDMS OB/GYN, ARDMS AB, BLS required 4. License: Compact License or WA single state acceptable 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience is a huge plus but not required 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating weekend call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) roughly every 5th weekend; one night call per week 8. RTO: Keep to minimum; cannot accommodate RTO during orientation week 9. Returning Staff: Prior UW staff must be separated from facility for 18 months before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no difference in bill rate 11. Background: Must disclose any background hits, DUIs at time of submission for facility consideration 12. Modules: Non-billable; Allied 2-3 hours; completed pre-start except Epic module during orientation (Epic modules billable); WA suicide prevention training 6 hours if required for MSL work 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs; light blue provided on unit 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16.
