Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 5 years required 2. Cases: Exams performed portable, some patients brought to IP unit, Ross outpatient exams all with varying degrees of acuity 3. Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred; unit requires either ARDMS, RDCS, or CCI-RCS 4. License: Valid compact or state license in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Either 4x10s (7 AM - 5:30 PM weekdays) or 5x8s (M-F 8 AM - 4:30 PM); 2-3 Saturday shifts (8 AM - 1 PM) per 13-week contract 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off periods; RTO required with submission and must be built into contract 9. Returning Staff: Former employees eligible for travel assignment once away from facility for 6 months or more; current employees ineligible as travelers 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted at same rate; travel experience required 11. Background: Strict compliance deadline of Tuesday prior to start; urgent Ohio fingerprinting process required upon contract signing 12. Modules: 4 orientation hours 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Ultrasound equipment available - Philips, GE and Siemens Critical: Two professional references required (at least one from manager/director). Charge experience preferred.
