Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years pediatric experience required 2. Cases: Outpatient, Crash Cart, Scrub, Aseptic Technique required; General, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Thoracic, Neuro, Gyn, Neuro/Spine, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, ENT preferred 3. Certifications: ARDMS or CCI required, BLS required; RQI certifications NOT accepted 4. License: Pending state license accepted at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner 7. Shifts/Call: No call required, no weekend requirements, 36 hours/week guaranteed 8. RTO: Greater than 7 days needs approval; no RTO during first 7 days or last day of contract; one holiday bundle maximum preferred 9. Returning Staff: 6 month break required after 4 consecutive assignments or one year mark; permanent employees can return as travelers after 12 months out of system 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 100 mile radius 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 4 hours, completed during orientation and annually via learning central 13.
