- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: General ultrasound examinations, superficial procedures, transplant patients with Doppler of abdominal vasculature; does NOT include OB, Vascular studies, or Breast 3. Certifications: BLS, RDMS-AB, ARDMS required; RDMS-OB, RVT preferred; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location 4. License: MO or compact state license (submit without MO license OK); IL license in hand required at submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; facility uses Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8hr Days 0730-1600 M-F, no call, no weekends, no holidays; every other weekend required 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent BJC/Saint Lukes employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local candidates accepted except PCTs, CNAs, and Medical Assistants 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required, billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract signing and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing. Compliance deadline 3pm CST Monday before start date.
