Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 1 year experience required 2. Cases: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department experience required 3. Certifications: BLS and RRT required; AHA and Red Cross only - RQI cards not accepted; copies required at submission 4. License: Active IL license required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights or 4x12s (1800-0630); on-call required as needed; every other weekend required 8. RTO: Auto-approve 5 or less days of non-holiday RTO; anything more requires facility approval; must work 2 out of 3 major holidays 9. Returning Staff: Previous Perm/PRN candidates must be separated for 12 months before applying as traveler 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted with no radius restriction for this specialty 11. Background: Background check hits must be noted upon submission for approval prior to offer 12. Modules: Non-billable up to 16 hours; completed pre-start; first day is virtual at-home day with strict deadlines (4PM CST Day 1) 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any solid color scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16.
