- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Cover IP, OP & ER cases; variety of general US exams including OP appointments on weekends; high volume of breast work including biopsies; baseline vascular needed for ER patients; no procedures Sat or Sun 3. Certifications: ARDMS AB, ARDMS OB/GYN, ARRT S, BLS required; RDMS OB, RDMS AB required 4. License: State license required, can submit with pending unless specified in job title 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 1:1 patient ratios; every weekend Fri-Sun; on-call not required; weekends not required but weekend coverage specified 8. RTO: 6 days total or 3 consecutive days auto-approved; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays; must request all RTO upfront during submittal 9. Returning Staff: 3 months between permanent and travel; must disclose previous Providence facility employment 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11.
