- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Thyroid Bx/FNA; IR procedures including Para/Thoras; Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Biliary Tract, Breast, Gallbladder, Intraoperative, Liver, Lung Biopsy, Pancreas, Pediatric Abdomen/Pelvis, Spleen, 1st/2nd/3rd trimester, Fetal Anatomical Survey 3. Certifications: BLS and ARDMS required; copies of all certs must be sent at time of submission 4. License: State license required; takes approximately 1 week to obtain; pending state license considered on a case-by-case basis 5. Education: Area of study, institution city/state, and degree type required for all degrees earned 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult-to-fill positions; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day shift 0700-1930 with call; subject to change; on-call required; float to other North clinics (Madras and Prineville) if needed; Fri-Sun schedule; 36 orientation hours 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days in a 13-week assignment; one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Any candidate who cancels with less than 14 days notice will be entered as a system DNR 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; proof of address and map directions from permanent address (address on license) to contracted facility required at submission 11. Background: 7 years of work history required (8/2015-present), including PTO, medical leave, non-clinical work, and schooling; zero 30+ day employment gaps 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers not accepted; will screen based on experience 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required; medical/religious exemptions only 16. Special Equipment: GE Logiq E10 / GE E10s Critical: Two references required from a position held in the last year, including one manager reference from 1/2022-present; pending references not accepted.
