Cases: Benign Brain Tumors, Gynecomastia, Heterotopic Bone, Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, Pancreatic Cancer, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Kidney Cancer, Leukemia, Testicular Cancer, Superior Vena Cava, External Beam Therapy, IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), Respiratory Gating, Prophylactic Treatments, HexaPOD, Billing for treatment types and devices, Chart check 3. Certifications: ARRT-T and BLS required; copies of all certs must be sent at time of submission 4. License: Pending state license accepted; map directions from traveler's permanent address (address on license) to facility required at time of submission 5. Education: Degree information required — area of study, city and state of institution, and type of degree (bachelor, associate, master, diploma, certificate, etc.) 6. EMR: Epic strongly preferred; willing to consider no Epic experience for difficult-to-fill positions; ARIA experience listed as required skill 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days; on-call required — standby will stay longer; no weekend requirement 8. RTO: Maximum 7 total days in a 13-week assignment 9. Returning Staff: Any candidate who cancels with less than 14 days' notice will be entered as a system DNR 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; map directions from permanent address to facility required at submission 11. Background: 7 years of work history required (from 8/2015 to present), including PTO, medical leave, non-clinical work, schooling, etc.; zero 30+ day employment gaps allowed 12. Modules: Non-billable if completed within the first 8 hours of orientation; completed during orientation; vary by specialty; required annually 13. Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not mentioned 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required — Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Varian TrueBeam, Halcyon, ARIA, Elekta Versa HD, HexaPOD, Brain Lab Critical: Position primarily in Redmond with possible float to sister location in Bend. Two references required from a position held in the last year (from 1/2022 to present); one must be a manager reference. Pending references cannot be submitted.
