- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required 2. Cases: Maternal Fetal Medicine required; Fetal skills (Abdomen, Abdominal Circumference, Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Ventricles, Diaphragm, Duodenal Atresia/Intussusception, Fingers/Toes, Gender, Head & Heart); OB/GYN skills (1st-3rd Trimester, Amniotic fluid index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, Inter/Intra-Orbital Measurements, Multiple pregnancy, Placenta Previa & Umbilical Cord Doppler); Procedure skills (Amniocentesis); cervical length/vaginal scans 3. Certifications: ARDMS OB/GYN, BLS required 4. License: NC or Compact license (pending OK for submittal) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; ASOB documentation system used 7. Shifts/Call: Mon-Thurs 7:45am-5pm, Fridays 7:45am-1:00pm; No call, float, or weekend requirements 8. RTO: Up to 7 days auto approved (no holidays); Must work 2 of 3 major holidays; No RTO during first week; All RTO must be pre-approved; Cannot request additional RTO after signing 9. Returning Staff: Former Novant/New Hanover employees must wait 12 months before applying; Disclosure required with hospital name/dates employed at submission; facility approval needed 10.
